Objective/Success:
To gain planning permission with a Cultural plan that offered an appropriate offer for a refurbishment in the Grade II listed portion of the building. Planning Permission Granted. 

Approach:
Attaching the social and architectural heritage of Cripplegate Institute vision of “enabling a society where everyone has the opportunity to live a rewarding life free from poverty and inequality” to the contemporary practice of co-design. Finding 3 complimentary partners to operate/programme the space.
